Spring Property Tax Warrant4/26/23
The assessors are finalizing changes to property tax cards in order to prepare for the spring tax warrant. The warrant will be created on or before May 15th. Once signed by the Selectboard, it will be handed over to the Tax Collector's Office for creating tax bills. |
What we do.
The Selectboard Office responds to general and administrative inquiries on behalf of the Selectboard. Those seeking assessment information such as tax cards and maps, post a payment for a water and/or sewer bill, submit a building permit, apply for an Intent to Cut Timber or Excavate, rent the Town Hall for a function or purchase a cemetery lot should contact the Selectboard Office for assistance. Tax credit and exemption and abatement applications, which have strict deadline dates, are also processed through the Selectboard Office. The public is encouraged to attend Selectboard and other Town committee, board and commission meetings. If you would like to speak with the Selectboard, please contact the Manager of Administration in order to be placed on the Selectboard Meeting agenda. Submissions to the agenda are due by noon on/by Wednesday in advance of the Thursday evening meeting time.. |
